Best of Amazon Swimsuits

Are you like me and in need of a new swimsuit? I was pregnant last summer. To be honest, I often settle for a swimsuit that just fits okay. At 5’10, it’s hard to find a great one piece. I often prefer a high waisted two piece, but who wants to swimsuit shop, especially during COVID. Enter my Amazon swimsuit search! I ordered multiple, and when I say multiple I mean around 10 with the highest reviews. These these three are what I wold consider the best of Amazon swimsuits all with good coverage.

Best of Amazon Swimsuits – High Waisted Two Piece, $32

When it comes to the best of Amazon swimsuits in the two piece category, this high waisted two piece with an adjustable back is my pick! I am wearing a size medium, so I would recommend going up one from you usual size in clothing. It gave me more coverage on the bottom which is something I look for in a swimsuit. I like that it has wide straps on the top yet still feels young and fun with the little v detail. The back is lace up which means it is adjustable. I really like this because if your bottom and top aren’t the exact same size/proportion (who’s are???) you can make the suit work for you.

My sunglasses are by Karen Walker, the “super duper strength” style. A major splurge pair, but I have had them for years and they remain some of my most complimented sunglasses of all time. My exact hat is old, but if you are looking for a quality straw hat to last, I recommend Brixton. They have some great options that are more than your average Target hat but less than most designer hats.

Swimsuit Cover Up Options

In the photos above, I am wearing my favorite white lace kimono as a cover up. It’s also from Amazon and you have seen me wear it multiple times on the blog over shorts and dresses. It looks equally as cute over a swimsuit! Below I am wearing a really fun Walmart coverup I love. Both are super affordable and go with anything since they are white.

Best of Amazon Swimsuits – One Pieces

Wrap Color Block One Piece, $33

First up in my best of Amazon swimsuits in the one piece category is this fun, colorful wrap style swimsuit. The side is a real tie but not a real wrap. I sized up to a medium as usual in a one piece, and I think I could have gone up to a large. It still felt a little too short for me at my height. Otherwise I LOVED it. It is super flattering with the color and wrap style and has lined cups. If you aren’t as tall as I am, I would say you could order your usual size. I paired it with my favorite palm print kimono as a coverup.

Ruched One Shoulder, $34

I LOVED this vibrant blue ruched one shoulder swimsuit from Amazon. It comes in a TON of color and print options. The ruched really makes it super flattering. I sized up to a 6/medium as I typically do in a one piece. It still felt a little short to me without both shoulder straps, so I did send it back after trying it on. It has great coverage in the bottom area. If you are a tad shorter than I am, I would highly recommend this one. It’s thick material with lined cups.
