That 70s Style

January 18, 2016

During our trip to Dallas, we happened to be in Zara during their sale. Give me all the clothes! Okay, but seriously it was a real struggle to narrow it down. You should have seen the armload I took to the dressing room. I love Zara and wish we had one in Tulsa. I ended up with this skirt, blouse (sold out, similar), culottes, and snakeskin boots which were all on sale. It’s actually all I bought the whole trip. If you haven’t already, I definitely recommend checking out their sale. I’ve got that 70s vibe with my skirt and blouse. I’d wear this type of thing all day everyday.

I mentioned on Friday that I am currently getting in touch with my inner child at Disney World with my mom, sister, and niece. So. Much. Fun. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to spend some fun, quality time with my family. I’ll be less active on the blog this week because of it, but I promise to catch up with you all when I get back. Trying to prepare for a trip when you’re a blogger can be difficult as it never really stops. I wanted to be proactive and take these photos in advance, but it ended up not being the best time. We had freezing weather coming in over the weekend, so we snuck these in after work on Friday. The storm was starting with rain, so it was darker than normal. We didn’t get as many good shots as usual. Sorry!

I hope you and you’re family are having a great time at Disney World! It must be so much fun to see Disney World thru the eyes of your niece.
I saw that skirt online, it’s a beautiful piece and it looks even better on you! We don’t have a Zara here either, so I think I would go nuts in an actual store too. Lol
    Enjoy your week!

The bow blouse with the suede skirt is a great 70s inspired look! The skirt is lovely on you.

Glad you got to take advantage of the Zara sale! I used to do the same when I went interstate, before we had a Zara. I would buy so much , haha. They never had sales when I was on holiday though, bad timing on my part!
