You are going to love this $36 floral dress! Believe it or not it is from Walmart!! It actually has kind of a drop waist detail, but then it also has a tie at your natural waist which makes it really flattering. I love the sewn scallop detailing. It’s really well made with functional buttons on the top. I paired it with old simple sandals though you could do heels. I also added a fun Amazon bag and BaubleBar necklaces for a pop of color!
