How adorable is this plaid tie shoulder dress?! It’s elastic at the waist and the ties are fully adjustable. It’s super cute with a jean jacket like my really affordable one or worn alone with my $17 sandals. I know it is early, but I actually think it would make a really pretty Easter dress.
