Are you looking for some cute casual spring and summer outfits? Or do you need casual outfits for moms that aren’t leggings? I’ve got you covered! Today I am sharing four easy outfit formulas that you can reach for any time you need something cute yet functional.
1. Jeans or Shorts + T-Shirt with Special Details
I love to buy a t-shirt with special details like this striped one with puff sleeves that is just $12!! I first shared it on Friday styled three ways. It functions as a nicer top, but it is really just a t-shirt. And at $12 it’s no big deal if your kiddo gets something on it. I love it paired with dark jeans or shorts. In the second photo below, I paired another super affordable t-shirt (just $10!!) with special tiered detailing with my shorts and $17 faux leather Birkenstock look a likes.

2. Graphic T-Shirt + Fun Sneakers
I love a good graphic tee! They can be a really fun way to wear a t-shirt, and adding a fun sneaker like my checked Vans really ups the cute value in an outfit while still wearing a t-shirt and sneakers. Shop my exact tee here and shoes here.

3. T-Shirt + Fun Hair Accessory
One of my favorite outfit combinations lately is a cute t-shirt plus a headband. I have been on a major headband kick as evidenced by this post and this one. It’s amazing what a cute, coordinating headband does to dress up a simple t-shirt. Below I have added a pink tweed headband (splurge!) to my $10 t-shirt and a blue floral one from my favorite local store to a striped tee. Both are worn with my $18 shorts I love.

4. Romper, Jumpsuit, or Overalls
Last but not least is a romper, jumpsuit, or overalls. This is a simple, one stop shop outfit that makes for easy ground sitting with kiddos. I love this denim romper for just $34. Style it with any of your favorite sandals or sneakers and head out the door!
So there you have it. Four cute casual spring outfit combinations all about casual outfits for moms that aren’t leggings! Which is your favorite?
