LOFT Spring Try On

Happy Friday everyone! Publishing this post in advance as Russ, Ivy Jean, and I are all in California at Disneyland! Russ has a work trip here every year, so we took the opportunity to come up with him a couple days early and take Ivy Jean on her first trip to Disney! We are so excited. My sweet mother-in-law is staying back at home with Jane Evelyn. But back to the post! Today I wanted to share a fun LOFT spring try on with you. I recently stopped in our Utica Square store to check out their new arrivals. So many fun items!!

LOFT Spring Try On – Workwear

First up in my LOFT spring try on are some work items and then I’ll move on to more casual pieces. LOFT does a great job at both, and many of the blouses can be worn both ways.

Blue Pants & Blouse

These blue sailor pants are so cute! I am typically a size two. Here I have on the 0, but I think I would have preferred the 2. I’d say they are true to size. The blouse is gorgeous! I usually wear an XS. I’d say it is true to size.

Black Pants & Leopard Blouse

These are a great, slim style work pant! On me they felt like more of a mid rise. Just depends on your height I guess. Similar sizing to pair above. I LOVED this leopard blouse. I am in an XS, but I needed the small. The neck area felt a little tight in the XS at my height.

Skirt & Blouse

This skirt is so pretty! Runs a smidge big but not much. I am in the 2 here, and that’s probably what I would stick with for length purposes. I love how it mixes and matches with the leopard blouse too!

Pants & White Blouse

These are the same pants as above but with a white blouse this time! Such a pretty and classic piece! Also comes in green.

The Cutest Midi Dress

I fell in love with this gorgeous midi dress! The print and colors are so fun for spring! It has some stretchy smocking in the back making it easy to pull on and stay comfy in all day. The flutter sleeves are so flattering. I styled it with sneakers, but a sandal or heel would easily work too! I tried the 2 and the 0 and opted for the 0 here.

LOFT Spring Try On – Casual Pieces

Next up are some fun casual pieces! I love this pink striped cardigan! I’ve been on a major kick with cardigans like this (evidence here) because I love how you can wear them buttoned as a shirt or open over another top like I have shown below with this adorable striped tee! This pink one also comes in a navy stripe version and a solid. I’m also wearing their girlfriend jeans here which are their new style. They are more of a relaxed cut making them super comfy. I would say they are more of a mid-rise on me due to my height and that they run true to size.

Jeans & Top with Cardigan

This is the cutest mixed media top! It’s a blouse style in front and cotton in back. I paired it with a longer cardigan perfect for spring!! It comes in EIGHT colors! I also tried out their crop flare jeans. I had one the same size in these as the girlfriend and comparatively I felt like they were a little looser but not too much. On me, the flare hit a little too high otherwise I would have loved them! LOFT really does make great denim!
