Have you tried the bike shorts trend yet? I bought these last year, and I’ll be honest, it has taken me a while to warm up to them. They are SUPER comfy though!! I have worn them on the blog before while pregnant here. I love pairing them with an oversized or long t-shirt in the same way you would leggings. I also love wearing a tank top or more fitted tee layered underneath a open flannel or jacket for those earlier cool fall days before it’s cool enough for leggings. Today I thought I wold share a fun bike shorts outfit idea I have been wearing lately which is perfect for coffee runs or mom days.
MAMA Graphic Tee
I got this adorable MAMA graphic tee from my sweet friend Lindsey’s shop, Emerson Charles. Not only is she amazing, but I love supporting a female entrepreneur and local small business. I have on a medium in this tee, and I love the fit. It is perfect to pair with bike shorts, high waisted jean shorts, a skort like Lindsey has on in her photos (she’s much shorter than I am for reference on how it might fit you), or even high waisted jeans for a casual look. I styled my tee with my favorite New Balance sneakers which I just got from Shopbop! They have an amazing selection!! I love this light pink 237 pair. And speaking of Shopbop, they have some awesome bike short options in a lot of color choices!! My pair is actually a couple years old from American Eagle. I do really like them too. I sized up to a medium.
