I am such a sucker for a cute smocked top or dress. The evidence is clear here and here! I couldn’t resists this smocked waist top by WAYF, a long time favorite brand of mine. They make great quality things. This one runs true to size. The smocking is not stretchy. Rather it has a zipper up the back. The front does have a real tie with a keyhole. I tied it pretty tight so I felt more covered and my bra didn’t show. You can easily wear it however you want.
Agolde Jeans
I’m wearing my Agolde Nico high rise jeans. You can shop all their jeans here. Agolde has amassed a cult following of sorts in the jean world. I have to admit, I get it. I am fortunate enough that I have been able to purchase one pair through my Shopbop partnership, seen here and here. This pair was purchased through my previous Evereve partnership. It can be hard to pay the over $100 price tag for jeans, I get it.
What I have loved about both of these pairs is the slight stretch with the style. Sometimes the more designer denim offers styles you can’t always replicate with stores like Old Navy or Gap. For women who love denim like me, it can be one of the things you decide to splurge on. At 5’10” I often cannot always find a cropped denim that hits in the right place, and designer pairs are often longer too.
