Today I wanted to do something a little different! No fancy blog photos, just selfies and a full review of the best affordable pajamas. All of these also happen to be button front nursing friendly pajamas because, well, that’s my life right now! I ordered about 6 different styles from two retailers, Old Navy and Target, and reviewing them below. They are all $35 and under! The Target pairs are all from their Stars Above line which has so many adorable options!
Nursing Friendly Pajama Sets
Old Navy Long Pant Set
I really like this all black button front PJ set from Old Navy. I am wearing a size small here with my bump, so I would say if in between sizes to go down one. It is $35 and often on sale. They also come in grey and navy.
Target Capri Pant Set
Below is a similar version from Target but with a capri length pant instead of full length for only $24. In general, I would say this line is softer than the Old Navy style. I am wearing a medium here, so I would say it is true to size.
Target Long Pant Set
Of all the sets, this Target pair is my favorite and the one I kept. They are the same soft fabric as the pair above, but I preferred the longer pant. I also love this neutral color. They are on clearance right now for just $24! I am in a medium here too.
Best Affordable Pajamas – Button Front Gowns
Old Navy Long Sleeve Gown
Below is a light grey pajama gown with long sleeves from Old Navy. The same material and size notes apply to this one as above. I am wearing a size small here. This one has a curved hem on the sides where I would prefer straight for length/height purposes. It also comes in black and stripe.
Target Short Sleeve Gown
Below is the short sleeve version from Target. It is softer with a straight hem, and I am wearing a medium. I actually ended up keeping both of these gowns because I prefer a gown style after having a c-section.
Best Affordable Pajamas Final Review
In general, I would say I prefer the Target Stars Above line because of the softer fabric. They are also slightly less expensive though Old Navy usually has a sale going.
