I am so excited to invite you all to a fun Kendra Scott Mommy & Me event I am hosting here in Tulsa next Sunday, May 5th from 3-5 pm in Utica Square. As you know, I have been a long time fan of Kendra Scott. I was so thrilled when they reached out about doing a fun Mother’s Day related event. We have planned an event unlike any other I have heard of before, and I am just so pumped! It’s totally family friendly and you can come whether you are a mother or not. Ronald McDonald House Charm and Benefit
Kendra Scott is kicking off their Mother’s Day season with their gorgeous Mother’s and Families charm. 100% off the proceeds on May 5th will go to the Ronald McDonald House. 20% off the rest of the sales that day will also go to the charity. If you aren’t familiar with it, they provide housing right next to St. Francis so that families do not have to leave their child during their hospital stay. As a NICU mom who was discharged while my daughter remained in the hospital for 2 weeks, this hits home. At the time, our commute was 30 minutes and we might as well have lived in another state for as far as those miles felt. I cannot imagine living farther away with a child battling a more serious illness. It is truly a worthwhile cause.
