To tuck or not to tuck? That is the question. I am pretty obsessed with this hot pink tunic sweater. It comes in multiple colors, is the perfect length for jeans or leggings (remember I am 5’10”), and has a great mock turtleneck. In a totally uncharacteristic move, I picked the hot pick over one of the more neutral colors. I won’t lie, I am loving it. It goes with regular jeans and my black jeans or leggings equally well. I ordered my normal size, and I love the fit.
When I was planning this post and my outfits, I couldn’t decide whether it looked better tucked in the front or out. I took pictures both ways and wanted you all to weigh in. Which way do you think is more flattering? I think tucked creates more of a long leg line but also a bit of a front pouch if you know what I mean. Untucked doesn’t have the pouch but also has less shape. Thoughts?!

Well I love the bold, bright color of that sweater–I think you made a good choice getting the pink! I love the holidays and would be happy to see anything you mentioned. I do love gift guides, although I admit that sometimes I get overwhelmed with all the ones out there. I also love Thanksgiving outfit ideas–I always need some inspiration there!

Both are cute! I often lean toward tuck because it looks more styled that way. I love the bright pink. Not a color I normally wear either, but it looks great! I like gift guides- usually the for him guides are the most helpful, and I also like holiday outfit inspiration- whether it’s for a fancy party, or even just ideas on what to wear to family dinner. Can’t wait to see what you come up with!
Both work but I prefer tucked and that color was a really good choice Amy Ann.
Oh and in regards to your questions, I sometimes get a little geezy with all the Holiday content, it can get to be just too much.
I think both ways look nice. It’s nice to be able to switch it up a little!

Love the cut of the pink turtleneck! I like that it is more of a wider fit. I’m not a big holiday content person, partly because I see so much and it begins to feel similar (kind of like the Nordstrom Sale). But if it were unique in some way I would probably check it out.

I have had this sweater in my shopping bag for a month and still haven’t bought it. I really need to because I love the color! For me, I like it untucked. Since it’s kind of oversized, the untucked plays into that well I think. Looks cute both ways on you, but the pouch always drives me nuts on me! Happy Wednesday, Amy Ann!
