I wore/shot this outfit and was thinking about how it was a great comfy holiday outfit – perfect for traveling or a laid back family gathering. I don’t know about you, but growing up and now our holiday plans often include traveling either a long way or short car trips within the state. A cozy oversized sweater and leggings are the perfect choice for the occasion. This particular combo still feels put together with the pearl embellishments (so on trend!). The faux leather leggings add a little edge and the hat covers any dirty hair in case you’re running late (just me?!).
I’ve worn these leggings so many times! They are the perfect addition to any tunic length sweater or top when jeans just cannot be managed. Grin. I wore faux leather leggings a ton while I was pregnant too. This year I finally snagged the more expensive Spanx version knowing I’d get my wear out of them. I styled them similarly on the blog not too long ago here.
