Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend! We had a wonderful,ย full one. Thursday Russ had a work related event that called for getting dressed up. You know I love any excuse to get fancy, and I wore the perfect fall cocktail dress. I love the embroidered floral detail, the sheer paneling, the long sleeves, and the midi length. Friday we went to see my sister and her family to celebrate my niece’s birthday. We stayed the night and got to watch soccer games on Saturday which was really fun before making it back to Tulsa in time for a church dinner. Sunday we got a lot done around the house (Russ did some yard work) before I had my monthly girls dinner.
I’m honestly not a person who loves to have things every night of the week, but that is how this month is shaping up. Fall always seems to get busy so quickly. How about you all? Are you the type who likes to be busy orย keep things more low key?

What a gorgeous dress, Amy, and what a great price point, too! I love the embroidery, mesh detail, and of course that it’s all on a black base, which makes it super versatile and perfect for a dressier event. Eddie and I have been together for 12 years and he just recently switched jobs that allows for spouses to accompany their employees for dinners and events; I used to get so mad that I couldn’t attend, haha! Anyway, I’m glad you had a great weekend. Was your niece’s birthday on Friday?
