Tie Neck Maxi Dress and Buckle Boots

October 10, 2016

Happy Monday! Hope you all had a good weekend. Russ’s party was a success and so much fun. Now on to the outfit. This tie neck maxi dress and buckle boots may be one of my favorite outfits of late. The dress is from Banana Republic and is non-maternity, but the stretchy waist makes it bump friendly too. Sizes are going quick, so act fast! It is alsoΒ available in this similar patternΒ and shorter length. I first showed you these boots on Friday’s post. As I mentioned, I bought two flat pairs that still had some personality to wear this fall during my pregnancy. The buckles sold me on these! To me, the more edgy boot is perfect with the more feminine dress. Mixing tougher pieces with more girly ones is one of my favorite ways to style any outfit.Β I’ve worn this look to both work and church.

This is the other dupe bag I ordered recently. I got the patchwork Chloe Dupe, the grey and black Chloe dupe, and this Gucci dupe all at the same place. If you’re a long time reader, you know I have a tan Chloe dupe. I bought it last year and have almost worn it out! They are all great quality for the under $30 price tag. The shipping does take a couple weeks, but in my opinion, they are worth it. I’ve been happy with them all, and each version comes in multiple colors.

I love that dress, and how those booties add some edginess to it! How fabulous that that dress is non-maternity too, I’m so impressed with how you’ve been able to really work so many non-maternity pieces into your wardrobe!!

This is a very daring but nice look on you Amy and you look very confident too. I can see why it’s one of your favorite things to try and style (edge with feminine touches).

I’m so with you there, Amy, mixing grungy with girly. The perfect marriage. As you’ve clearly proved in this glorious look.

Oh my gosh! It’s clear I won’t be able to afford a designer bag anytime soon, but these dupe ones! Just what I needed! I hope some other bloggers won’t hate me for wearing a mock up bag! lol
    Thank you for sharing!
