Happy Monday, friends! I hope you all had a great weekend. This look is one I have worn to work, church, and also with different shoes for errands. I love easy layers! I snagged this non-maternity dress for $11 from Forever21 after seeing it on Kate from For the Love of Fancy! It comes in several colors and is perfect for layering. You know I am a sucker for a midi length dress. It works well for the bump due to the stretchy material, but it would be so cute on anyone. I bought it in grey and black, so you may be seeing it again.
I am linking several similar dresses (all non-maternity) that are flattering and make great easy layers. A dress like this makes the perfect base for any outfit. Vests, military jackets, trench coats – you name it! By adding a different top layer and shoes, you have a whole different outfit. I’ve bought several that all fit my bump. My plan is to just rotate non-maternity layering pieces to create different outfits. That way I don’t have to buy as many maternity pieces. Today I styled my dress with this pretty dusty pink trench coat.
These heels are a recent purchase from Zara. I’m flat out obsessed. I had been wanting a granny heel pair, and I also loved the toe shape. They feel very modern while also being comfy. Win! I also ordered a couple more Chloe dupe bags from my favorite site. How fun is this patchwork one (only $30!)?!
