In case you missed it, I am working through recapping our tour of California including outfit photos and travel diaries! You can see San Francisco and Carmel here and here. After visiting Carmel, we continued our beautiful drive down the coast (photos below) and stopped for one night in Santa Barbara. Russ had been there once before for a work trip and loved it. I was excited to check it out too. Today I am sharing our Santa Barbara travel diary.
What we did in Santa Barbara
- Visit the Beach (pictured) – It was too chilly for a bathing suit (at least for me), but the views were amazing. I always think being by the ocean is relaxing too.
- Walk Around Downtown – I was surprised at all the great shopping in Santa Barbara! Downtown is a delightful mix of stores and restaurants.
- Go to the Market (pictured) – At the recommendation of Adri, we stopped for mini cupcakes at Enjoy Cupcakes. They did not disappoint! Had we needed a meal, there were many fun options.
Where we ate in Santa Barbara
- Finch & Fork – we really just had one meal in Santa Barbara, and Russ had been to Finch & Fork. It was delicious and also recommended by others.
