I love taking a girly piece like this ruffle hem sweater (only $23!) and pairing it with classic pumps and distressed denim. It’s just a look I’ll never get tired of wearing. My pretty bag and plaid coat made the perfect compliment. This outfit was perfect for a date night with my cute hubby. You all helped me decide on my shoes on Instagram – thanks! A lot of you loved the boots (and I do too), but I decided on a heel for a little dressier look. Cheese fries are pretty much my favorite food on the planet. Funny story, my husband actually told me we were going to get them and then proposed instead. I’ll go anywhere when cheese fries are on the table. He knows me. Anyway, I try to eat them pretty rarely, but sometimes the craving is so real. This past weekend we headed for fries and dessert. Eating what you want, when you want is totally a perk of being a grown-up. My parents never would have let me eat fries for dinner (thanks for that, Mom. I eat veggies because of you).
In other news, tomorrow I leave for Disney World with my mom, sister, and niece. Eeeek! My niece is the perfect age, and I cannot wait to see the excitement through her eyes. Plus, great girl time with my people?! I’ll take it. Bring on the Minnie ears and matching shirts! I have posts scheduled for next week, but I’ll otherwise be taking a break because I don’t want to miss a thing. Be sure to follow along on Instagram.
