Happy Wednesday and almost NYE. What are you all doing? Russ actually has a work event in Dallas, and since I am off work this week, my mom and I are tagging along with plans to shop. I’m excited! We probably won’t do anything big on actual NYE.
I’ve really been enjoying neutrals lately (surprise, surprise). This cream sweater is a great, versatile piece. It feels modern and up to date with my coated jeans (similar option). I love black and cream together. Russ works downtown where all the fun restaurants and coffee shops are. I work in a different area of town, so it’s always fun to visit him when I’m off work. I wore this to meet him for coffee one day and run some errands. These boots are on major sale, and I cannot recommend them enough. They are very similar to the Isabel Marant pair but for a fraction of the price. I have literally worn them with almost every outfit since they came in the mail. I recommend sizing up. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 and ordered the 40.

Love this classic, cozy casual look. (And I love alliterations, too.) I hear you on those nude booties. I have a similar pair and wonder what the heck I wore last year without them because they go with EVERYTHING. I almost have to force myself to wear a different pair sometimes.

I always like cream and gray sweaters. Sounds like a fun day of shopping. Seems like a bunch of people are doing a low-key NYE. I’m visiting some friends in L.A. and going to a house party, but I’m pretty sure it’ll still end up being low key.
