Vest Dressed

September 30, 2015

I’m so excited to be sharing this amazing vest from Free People. As my mom would say, “That’s a piece you will have the rest of your life.” All wool, classic, and tailored: it’s, the perfect investment piece, especially for this season when long vests and trench coats are so in style. Be sure to check out Free People for all their amazing fall pieces. I want it all! I wore my vest as a dress with my tie blouse this time since it’s not quite cool enough to pair it with pants. I love that it provides that versatility! You can rest assured I’ll be styling it all fall and winter. I did realize the first time I sat down that next time I’ll have to pin it to save myself an embarrassing slip…

I have the awesome opportunity to speak at my work today about blogging. I’ve never talked for 30-45 minutes in front of 60+ people. I’m nervous! Wish me luck. free people vest, bow blouse, black heeled booties, fringe bagfree people vest, bow blouse, black fringe bag free people vest, bow blouse, fringe bag free people vest, bow blouse, heeled booties, fringe bag, karen walker sunglasses 1 free people vest, bow blouse, heeled booties, fringe bag, karen walker sunglasses free people vest, bow blouse, heeled booties, fringe bag free people vest, bow blouse, karen walker sunglasses, fringe bag

Love this whole look! Stunning and so very chic! Back in the day I was the vest queen and still have a gazillion stashed away in my closet. It’s been fun pulling them out again. Watch for some of my favs in upcoming posts 🙂

SO chic and luxe! My mom used to use that phrase too and as a sassy little chick, I would always shoot back, who wants anything for the rest of their life?! But now I get the appeal of quality classics for sure. 🙂

Thanks so much of sharing with Fun Fashion Friday & hope to see you back again next week!
