A trip to the pumpkin patch!
This weekend we took Ivy Jean on her first trip to the Pumpkin Patch. There is a place here called Carmichael’s Pumpkin Patch that is legend. They have a full on petting zoo, photo ops, pony rides, and more. I grew up going there with my sister, mom and dad, and grandparents. It is so much fun to start the same tradition with our sweet girl. We even took her in the Radio Flyer wagon that was ours as kids. It was a bit chaotic (and windy!), but so much fun.
The best flannel for fall – my outfit details.
A note on my top, it is sooo soft. It’s a plaid but not a flannel material and comes in multiple colors. It’s nice and long and thinner than a true flannel, so it would be a great layer. I almost bought the actual flannel option too and think I still may (also comes in multiple colors). These are the types of shirts I wear all fall and winter in all different combos. Either option would be so great for family photos. The red and white tartan in the flannel have me thinking about Christmas card pictures! Both options are a steal at $30 and often go on sale.Β

WOW the Pumpkin patch you went to as a child sounds awesome. These photos are beyond adorable and I love the outfits you and Ivy Jean wore and the cute matching red. I want her sweater in my size and Vivian’s size lol.
