Olive Shirt Dress

August 31, 2015

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend! This was an especially fun one for us. I have a monthly girls dinner with some of my dearest friends with the intent to be real and open with each other. It often ends in tears or prayer and has been so special for me. We usually gather at someone’s house and have a potluck of sorts. This month we decided to have Mexican food, margaritas, and a dance party at our friends’ apartment. It was so fun! Saturday we had an early birthday party for my sweet niece before they closed their pool. It was mermaid themed and everything was adorable.

Now let’s talk fashion. Shirt dresses seem to be a big trend for this season and so does olive. This olive shirt dress from Wayf is the perfect combination. It can be worn to the office, a date night, or casually. I’m obsessed! It also comes in navy, black, and a salmon color. You’ve got to check out how some of the Blogger Nation babes are styling theirs. I love seeing one piece so many ways. I paired it with my Chloe dupe bag (are you tired of it yet??), my favorite mules, and my new longline blazer which I know will be getting a lot of wear this fall. How great is it?! Wayf is sold at Nordstrom and was a new brand to me. I’m already eyeing this keyhole midi dress

You transitioned this lovely shirtdress for Fall, so great last year. Do you still own it? I think it would work now in your pregnancy. This year I added an olive shirtdress, olive jumpsuit and olive romper to my closet. I am eyeing another olive shirtdress too lol.

This is such a gorgeous colour on you, it especially suits you because you have blonde hair I think! This is the perfect look to get ready for autumn but you are still showing a little bit of leg meaning it can still be classed as a summery outfit! lovely post! xx
