I either use fashion tape and tape it to my regular bra or wear a cami under it.

It has the same shape, the same elastic in the same places, the same stitching and layering. The only difference is that it is not quite as low (a plus in my opinion) or quite as fitted in the top. A note: it is not prime shipping and does take a while.
