Happy Monday!! I hope y’all had a great weekend. I had the best time driving down to Dallas to shop the Nordstrom Anniversary sale with my sister in person. We shopped until we dropped! I looked at everything, and I feel like I tried even more on, ha! Today I wanted to share a huge Nordstrom Anniversary Sale early access try on with all my favorites.
Because there is so much, I think the easiest way is to link everything by the jeans/bottoms in sections. Everything is true to size unless I state otherwise. I am 5’10 and typically wear a 26/XS and an 8.5 in shoes. I did also share a video try on via my Instagram stories (saved as a highlight) and reel if you want to watch it.
Madewell Perfect Vintage Jeans – Originally $138, Marked Down to $90
Madewell denim is my all time favorite! I own multiple pairs, and always love the quality. This pair is really good. If you have never worn their denim, it runs big. I typically wear a 26 and needed a 25 in these. As you can see, They look so cute with all kinds of sweaters, tops, and boots! The only other item that I would say might be a little small size wise in this section is the off the shoulder Free People sweater. It was pretty fitted in my usual XS. The blue polo style sweater is pretty oversized which is how it is supposed to fit.
The boots I am wearing in this section are waterproof!! I loved them! I just couldn’t justify purchasing another pair like I already have. I did buy the mules you see in the cream leather, and I love them! True to size. I also bought the cream hat you see, and I’m obsessed! It’s available in several colors.
Good American Skinny Jeans – Originally $145, Marked Down to $95
Size up in these jeans. They ran small for me! I love both this cream long cardigan and the Madewell colorblock one. I purchased the long cream one, and really love it! These brown boots were my favorite ankle bootie of the sale. I really fun pair with some Western detailing.
Good American Good Classic – Originally $182, Marked Down to $119
If you are looking for a non-skinny jean, this is the other pair I would recommend. I had hoped to snag this pair, but they were gone so fast! Pictured below with some other fun tops and sweaters and the same shoes as above.
Zella Leggings – Originally $65, Marked Down to $39
Y’all, I loved these Western inspired tall boots!! I had to buy them! They were so cute with everything I tried on, and the heel is so manageable and comfy. I loved how they paired with my hat to make the cutest legging outfit with the blue sweater, blue flannel, and grey shacket.
Last but not least, I tried on two dresses. In case you missed it, I have already done two full posts on Nordstrom sale dresses here and here. Because of that I did not focus as much on dresses while I was there. This adorable short, brown dress did really catch my eye though. I loved it so much I did purchase it! The longer black midi dress I can see being so versatile all year long!
