Y’all how cute is this $23 puff sleeve blouse?! I love the rusty brown color for fall. It would actually be a perfect Thanksgiving outfit! Believe it or not it is from JCPenney! I did a collaboration for them were I created some content for them to post on their channels which caused me to start shopping there a little bit. If I am being honest, it had been a while since I had been in the store. I really found some cute things at great prices! I am wearing a size small, so I would say it is true to size. I love the smocking and fun sleeves. Perfect with jeans like I have done or dressed up with slacks or a skirt. I paired it with my new tall boots. I am a bit obsessed with these and looking for all the reasons to wear them!!
