I thought about a lot of captions for these photos. The joy of motherhood, trying to take photos with kids, the juggle, etc. Ultimately I loved them because they depict our true life, and I am so thankful to honestly love my life – the juggle and all! The girls are such a joy even on the long days. Not a day goes by when Ivy Jean does make me laugh out loud and Jane Evelyn doesn’t bring a huge smile to my face. The juggle of trying to work a job that isn’t always understood while most of the time feeling like a stay at home mom without childcare for Jane is real, but I honestly feel so thankful to spend my days home with them. So if you are juggling trying to get dinner on the table, working, being a mom, and more – cheers to you! I’m right there with you. The days are long but the years are short. So thankful the Lord gave me the honor of being their mama.
Outfit Details
I LOVE this pink top!! It’s basically a short sleeved pink sweatshirt, and I am here for it! I lived in my sweatshirts all winter. I love having this one to wear with shirts or jeans casually now. I also think it would be super cute with bike shorts or even gym shorts. It has a boxier, more oversized fit. I order my usual size small, and I like the fit. It’s perfect for a front tuck with my distressed casual jeans.

You are so right – the days are long but the years are short. The time I stayed home with my boys when they were young was the best time of my life; I loved every crazy and exhausting minute of it and goes by so quickly!
