I am so excited to be partnering with LOFT again to share a really fun modern spring work outfit idea. When I was going into the office regularly, I wore LOFT all the time! They truly have the best work pant and blouses. I love that their pieces transition so well to the weekend as well. Though I am not going into the office these days, I would totally wear this to a blog meeting or to church.

Modern Spring Work Outfit Details

First up I have to dish on this blazer! I have been wanting a white blazer for soooo long! I think they are so perfect for spring and can be styled SO many ways! I love the length and style of this one. It’s a slightly longer piece, and I would recommend sizing down. I hope to show it to you again soon styled a bit differently. For today I paired it with this gorgeous pink shell which I am wearing in an XS. I loved how the white in it picked up the white in the blazer. I thought the colors were so fun with the green pants!! LOFT has a whole collection this month with fun green hints.

I loved pairing these spring colors with my favorite style of pumps in white – Hazel by Sam Edelman. I have them in a couple of colors now, and they are a classic shape and good quality. Sam Edelman always makes a good shoe in my opinion. I loved the white with the white blazer and white touches from the shell. It made the look feel more spring while keeping my toes covered. Mine are from Shopbop.

LOFT Straight Leg Work Pants

I love LOFT work pants. I know I mentioned above wearing LOFT to work for a long time, but the evidence is here on the blog. Check out this post from 2018 with these same pants in red paired with a LOFT top and heels. This is when I was going into the office and did wear work clothes regularly. Anyway, my green pants are in my normal size, and I would say are true to size especially since you don’t want a work pant tight. They are super chic to pair with so many blouses. I am wearing the modern fit though they do come in a curvy option as well. I love that they offer different body types. The pants also come in a black, cream, and “Moroccan spice” color.
