Spanx was kind enough to send me a couple of goodies in the mail recently, so today I thought I would share a Spanx jeans review. You can shop all of their jeans here. They are not paying me to do this, have not asked for me to do it, and do not have any idea I am even writing it, so it is 100% my own honest opinions. Read on for denim details and sizing info! As for this cute sweater, I shared it in my Old Navy try on haul which was part of Monday’s post.
Spanx Jeans Details
I thought I would start by giving some Spanx jeans details. I would consider these kind of a cross between a jean and a jegging. They are a thicker jean material with stretch, not a true denim material and not a true thin jegging material which I really like. They do stretch enough to put them on and be comfortable to wear but not stretch out. The waist band is not your typical jean waist in that it does not button. It is a pull on jean though it still has belt loops.
Spanx Jeans Sizing
As for sizing, I am wearing a size small. I would say they are pretty true to size. However, at this point in my postpartum journey I would probably have preferred the medium as I am wearing a larger size than my pre-pregnancy norm which would have been a small. Since they did send a small, I did my best to get them on. It was a bit of a feat since they are pull on rather than button. 😉 I will say, once I got them on they did what Spanx do and really flattered, especially in this black, which makes me recommend them! They also come in petite and tall lengths which I love. I am in the regular.
