When I saw this ruffle detail peplum plaid top by English Factory, I just could not resist it! I know red plaids like this are often reserved for fall or even Christmas, but I loved it. As soon as it came in, I paired it with my favorite shorts by Agolde and some really fun buckle boots for a summer look. My exact boots are old, but I found an almost identical pair here by Sol Sana. I’ve also had this pair of Ray-Bans forever which just goes to show when you buy a classic item like aviators they never go out of style.
This is possibly a little more out there/edgy look than some of mine, but that is what I love most about fashion. You can be/dress however you want on any given day! I always say, if you like it then wear it! The beauty of this top is that I can style it totally differently when the weather does cool down this fall. I am wearing a size small, and it fits just right. I can sometimes wear a size XS, so I would sat if between sizes to go up.
