Today I am sharing a classic date night look I wore recently when Russ and I went to dinner with my sister and for her birthday. If you’ve been a blog reader for any length of time, then these jeans and white loafers look familiar to you. I actually included these loafers in my casual capsule wardrobe series. My exact jeans are on major sale right now and in stock in limited size options, but Madewell sells lots of other washes in the same fit as well as other great straight leg options.
Black Lace Bodysuit
If you add one thing to your closet this fall, I highly recommend a black lace cami of some type. They are incredibly versatile. You can wear them alone for date night like I have done. You can style them under every type of cardigan. Pair it under a blazer. Style it with a moto jacket. You get the idea. This particular top is actually a bodysuit with adjustable straps which I love because it stays put. If in between sizes, size down. I am wearing a small here and wish I had an XS as it is a bit roomy in the top. It does have a snap closure which I appreciate. I am wearing my normal strapless bra without feeling like I am going to show anything.
