It was so fun to take some pictures with my sweet girl the other day. She is SO good about being patient while I take blog photos with Russ on the weekend and usually happily jumps in for a few when I ask. I love her so and hope that never changes! I got this adorable dress gifted from Chicwish (available in a pink version here), and I couldn’t resist the chance for a matching in mommy daughter dresses. This is the same cute dress she wore in our family photos I posted on the blog here.
As for the fit of this dress, I love the gorgeous floral peasant style midi dress with blouson sleeves. It is really super flattering. It is a chiffon style with a few tiny pearl buttons on the front. The sleeves have an elastic band around them (but not too tight). I am wearing the XS, and it just fits. It’s the only size available in this color, so if you like it but that is not your size, you might check the pick version I linked above. It’s equally as gorgeous! My oldest daughter is the same way! She is really good and loves to be in photos, too! My youngest isn’t quite to that point yet, but I’m sure she will be soon. It’s so much fun to have that connection and time together!

Ivy Jean is so adorable (as you are, too!) We’re at the point now where it’s SO difficult to get Lila to pose – the baby phase was easy, now it’s hard since she’s getting independent.
