Old Navy and Madewell Try On for Spring + Madewell Galentine’s Event TODAY

If you’ve been following for a while, you know that Madewell is hands down one of my favorite stores – especially for denim! I wear it constantly and am always raving about the fit and quality. They gifted me an outfit for the event which I am so excited about, so I wanted to share it and some of the other great things in store right now. I have also been in Old Navy recently and grabbed a couple really cute things perfect for spring. I thought I would combine them and do an Old Navy and Madewell try on for spring for you all. If you are anything like me, you are over the cold and ready for spring pieces! For reference, I am 5’10” tall. Linking everything at the end for ease.

I am OBSESSED with these overalls!! Seriously, I cannot say enough good things. This is what I picked for my event outfit. I got the black, but I think I might buy the regular at the event when they are on sale. I like them that much!! Showing two pics of the black below (one inside and one outside for lighting). I would say they run true to size (TTS) though they are fitted. If you want them looser, size up. I love the tighter fit as I think it makes them look less farmer and more modern, know what I mean? I’m also wearing the regular though they come in long. I like the cropped length. The t-shirt is such a great color stripe and super affordable. 

Is this peplum hem floral not so cute?! Perfect for spring or now with a jacket/cardigan over it. I found it a little loose, so you could size down if you wanted.

This is the cutest sweater with such fun rainbow detailing at the sleeves! It is a bit of a boxer cut, so I sized down and did a little front tuck. Perfect! I loved it with their crop flare jean. 

The dressing room lighting does not even do this sweater justice! The colors are so pretty!

Old Navy Spring Try On Session

In my opinion, Old Navy makes the best white jeans out there. I’ve had a pair for the last two years, and it was time to replace them. They were a bit big and a little dingy. Thankfully they are super affordable! I went with my normal size. I love this bright purple sweatshirt for spring too. Such a happy color and warm enough for now while we are waiting for the weather to change. 

Okay, I should have taken my jeans off for this pic, but how adorable is this pink dress?! Kind of a linen material. I love it!! 

I definitely bought this adorable pink t-shirt! It comes in 4 colors, and the ruffle detail at the shoulder is too fun. It’s more fitted, so if you don’t like you t-shirts that way, size up. I am wearing a medium here because they were out of my normal small. I went home and ordered it. 

Bought this one too! It just made me happy, and I think it will be so fun with white jeans too. I got an XS as it felt a little loose to me. I sometimes get a small and sometimes an XS depending on the cut of the shirt. 

Okay, this is the perfect tunic length sweatshirt! It also comes in several colors, and I love how it will be perfect for leggings. I sized up to a medium for a looser fit with leggings. If you are shorter, you might be fine in your normal size.
