How fun is this all white monochrome look? I’ve had this top for sometime now. You can see how I last styled it on the blog here. When I was switching my closet around for spring, I saw it again and really love it. I will say, the material isn’t the softest/most flexible. It’s not uncomfortable to wear or anything in my opinion, but it’s not flowly like most lace type tops. Just wanted to be sure I gave you the full scoop. Anyway, I think this top is really versatile. Wouldn’t it be cute for work with the red pants I shared last week?
How to Make a Statement Without Buying Anything New
I think one of the easiest ways to make a statement with your wardrobe is to wear all one color. Chances are you have all the pieces in your closet to do this now. I did! You all have seen these white jeans probably too many times to count, and I know we all have a white blouse. An all white look is probably the easiest monochrome look. I love a matching suit too (think all red or pink – very hot during fashion week). Don’t have a red blazer? What about a red sweater like this? Or pair one of your skirts with a similar hued top. Wouldn’t a pink midi skirt with a pink top be really fresh for spring? It’s a super old post, but I have done it before here. Monochrome looks are always effortlessly chic and often so easy to do with pieces we already have.
