I know some people shy away from red because it’s such a bold color, but I would encourage you to give it another chance. It’s all about finding your shade of red. I think it can actually be a very flattering color to wear. It’s eye catching and complimentary when done right. I got to pick an outfit for my Madewell event over the weekend, and although I wanted to pick a cute summery top, I was so drawn to the red print in this gorgeous blouse. I just loved the pattern and high neck. It was the perfect outfit for the event, and I cannot wait to wear it all fall too. It also comes in a wrap dress which I am seriously eyeing!
I love the fit of these jeans too. They are a straighter leg “boyfriend” style with a super high waist. I sized way down for the fit on mine so they weren’t overly baggy. If you’re in the market for a pair that isn’t a skinny but also not a ultra baggy boyfriend or flare, this one is for you!

I love wearing red during the holidays, because it reminds me of Christmas. But the rest of the time, I am a bit scared of wearing it, because like you said, it’s rather bold! But yours with the little pattern is super cute for an everyday look!

This is such a cute Look, Amy Ann! Love that high-waisted denim is back in style (luckily, I’ve saved quite a few pair from back in the day, but I could always use another 😉 ) That red print top is so pretty on you and a perfect transitional piece!

I love that pretty red top! The print and neckline make it so unique. I feel like it’s really hard to find boyfriend style jeans that aren’t overly baggy–that looks like a great pair. I need to try Madewell jeans.
For many years I would not wear red but the last couple of years it has become one of my favorite colors! You look lovely! Peace!

That blouse is beautiful! I like red in a print because I feel like it isn’t as bold as a plain red. Love the fit of those jeans too!
