I wore this outfit for some appointments on Wednesday to get ready for LASIK, which I had on Friday. That’s right. I am officially glasses and contact-free!! You guys, I could not be more excited! I have worn glasses since I was in grade school, and I cannot tell you how amazing it feels to wake up and be able to see. It seriously feels life changing. I know that sounds dramatic, but it’s incredible. It was easy and has been so wonderful. If you have been thinking about it, I highly recommend it.

What a beautiful top! I love the stripes and eyelet details, such a pretty and perfect piece for spring! I’ve been wearing glasses since grade school as well (I believe 1st grade) and wear contacts when I’m not home. I’ve been thinking about lasik for some time now, I can only imagine how amazing it must feel to wake up and see! I may just have to go for it because spending money on contacts when you can do a one time surgery is a much better option in the long run I’d assume.
