Plaid Vest and Velvet Heels

You all already know I am on a major vest kick. I posted about 3 reasons you need one here and have also styled them here and here recently. It probably comes as no surprise that I was smitten with this plaid vest (can be worn with or without the fur collar). It will be a great piece to wear all fall, especially into the holiday season. Something about plaid just feels festive. Anyone with me? Anyways, I had been wanting to add something velvet to my wardrobe since it is such a big trend for fall. When I saw these heels, I knew they would be a great way to try the trend. My plaid vest and velvet heels could not be a more perfect pairing! I’m pretty much limiting heels to date nights or short outings at this point, but these were hard to resist.

I shared this (non-maternity) tunic on my Facebook and Twitter page when I got it. It’s one I had seen on other people, and when I finally ordered it, I got all the fuss. It’s seriously the perfect tunic! It’s under $30, long enough to wear with leggings or cute with jeans, and comes in a ton of colors. I ordered black and white!
