Two off the shoulder posts in a row. What can I say, I love the trend. Instead of lots of color, today it’s a black and white outfit. This off the shoulder top (only $13!!) has such fun details. I love the black band at the top and the bell sleeves. As I mentioned in my previous post, I somehow drift toward more brights in the summer when I actually prefer neutrals. When I got this top, I decided to pull out my black denim. Though not always practical for the summer heat, it can be a great date night or weekend look when you’ll be inside. Plus, I heart black denim. I missed it.
If you follow me on snapchat (straightastyle), you’ve already seen this Tory Burch tote. I’d been eyeing it for a long time and finally ordered. When it arrived, I wasn’t sure on the size. I kept it, and I am so glad I did. It’s been perfect for travel since it has a padded laptop pocket, and it also works well any time I want a larger bag. It also comes in a pretty blush color and a smaller version in case you have been on the hunt for a tote too.

There is just something about black jeans that make an outfit just that little more elevated than blue jeans, especially when they fit so well like yours do 🙂 A lovely neutral outfit, but still very striking with the striped off the shoulder top 🙂
