How fun is this floral lace up peplum top?! The darker colors in the floral keep it from feeling too girly. I pared it with my black jeans, new favorite Chloe dupe bag (only $27), a light colored summer hat, and my flatform espadrilles to grab BBQ with Russ on Friday night. In Oklahoma, BBQ is king, and you won’t find any complaints here. I love getting to wear my hats on the weekend. If you saw my tweet, this is totally the one I got mascara on. Of course it’s a light color… Speaking of weekends, hope you all had a good one!
Good news, these flatforms have been restocked in a few sizes. I think they may end up being my most worn sandal of the summer. Somehow they feel dressy and casual all at the same time. I might need the black.

I am the same way…buying lots of new shoes and then grabbing the most comfortable pair 9 times out of 10! Absolutely loving your top and hat–I hate when I get makeup on my light-colored pieces, which is why I carry a Tide stain remover pen with me everywhere now!
