This. Dress. You guys, how fun is the pattern on this retro floral print dress? It’s by WAYF, one of my all time favorite brands. Sold at Revolve, Nordstrom, Shopbop, and Dillards, they make the best quality things at great prices. I just got this lace-up floral maxi too, and I am obsessed. I can promise you’ll be seeing it soon. Some of my all time favorite pieces are by WAYF. I’m loving the lace up back and bell sleeves on this particular one. I’m on a major sleeve kick lately. This same pattern also comes in a short and crop top set.
Funny story about these photos. Russ and I often take pictures on the way to or from church on Sundays. I used to take them on the actual day I was wearing my outfit, but it just gets dark too early in the winter and is hard to manage with varying schedules. Anyway, Sundays work well because I am usually already wearing one outfit I want to photograph, and it’s often a low-key day. This particular spot happens to be at a convention center that a church (not ours) uses on the weekend. Depending on the time we arrive, sometimes the parking attendants are there. AWKWARD. I like to take pictures when no one is around. The nicest man walked over to us and asked if we wanted him to take a picture of both of us. I wanted to literally melt into the ground out of embarrassment. As if it wasn’t already bad enough wearing a cute mini dress and OTK boots near a church, I had to tell him we didn’t need a couple photo…

Yes, I too prefer no one around when taking photos and always feel so awkward whenever someone turns the corner and I’m posing!
The boots are just perfect with the dress especially as you have such fabulous legs, Amy (I’m not jealous at all, not really I’m not!) And the dress pattern is so eye catchingly pretty.

Funny story about the photo. It is good you take photos in different areas though. That dress is a stunner and I have always loved your Wayf pieces. The OTK Boots and fringe clutch are perfect to make it 70s. =)
That is too funny–I hate taking pictures when there are onlookers too. I love that dress, the print is so pretty–it’s got such a fun 70s vibe!
