Hello and happy Friday! I am officially back from Disney World and trying to get back to reality. Man was that a fun trip. I loved spending time with my mom, sister, and niece. Did you follow along on Instagram or snapchat (straightastyle)? It’s not the restful kind of vacation, but it’s the kind of stuff in life you want to be tired from doing. The stuff memories are made of.
You guys, these are the perfect work pants! They are high waisted, super comfy, and affordable. Added bonus: I think the slit in the front makes them more flattering and is perfect to show off my favorite pom pom shoes (last seen here, size down). The shoes are important, okay. I ordered the tall length in the pants, just as an FYI. Old Navy always makes the best work pants. I’ve mentioned before I am all about built in layers (here) because anytime I try to do it on my own, I look like a toddler. This blouse is perfect (only $30!). When it comes to a workwear outfit, I always want it to be both appropriate and stylish. I’m a firm believer in the school of thought that work looks don’t have to be boring. I’m lucky that my office isn’t overly concerned about traditional polished office attire though.
