Russ’s work Christmas party has a tacky sweater theme which is so much fun! Last year I did not prepare enough in advance to order anything, so last minute I made us one. It was fun, but I thought I would try to get my act together a little sooner this year. Those parties are closer than I think! I scoured the internet, and there are some great (and very humorous) options for his and hers tacky Christmas sweaters. I thought I’d share my finds with you, some as low at $14. Here’s our goofy look from last year, which is an easy DIY if you are interested. The pooping bows put it over the top. Plus, it was fun to have a couples sweater. Be sure to stay tuned this week for the start of a fun holiday series tomorrow!

Ha, ha, brilliant! I do love a good Christmas sweater! I still have mine from last year. Tall Brown Fox and I also had matching sweaters of Christmas puddings (which he wore under duress, poor thing).
The last year, in my last week of teaching, I wore my pudding jumper and santa to all my Pilates classes which was a huge hit with my clients! I’ve already been asked if I’m going to do it again this Christmas. I’ve already bought this year’s!

This is hilarious! I love how you have to be standing so close to each other to get the proper effect! You know, I’m sort of embarassed to admit it… but the fleece navidad sweater is really cute to me! Am I crazy?

Not at all! That’s the one I bought because I thought it was a good mix of fun but still cute.
I love last year’s – too funny. I agree the bows makes it. I found an “oh snap” gingerbread man one at Macy’s and I just wish I had a party to wear it to.
