Why You Need a Sleeveless Sweater

October 26, 2015

Happy Monday! Hope you all had a great weekend. Russ and I have been working on a master bedroom update and did a lot for it this weekend. I also had the opportunity to work with Jami of Photography by Jami Leavitt to shoot a couple blog looks. It’s always such a treat to hang out with her, much less work with her. If you are in the Oklahoma/Utah area, be sure to check her out.

Sleeveless sweaters have really become my fall essential. Today I am wearing my fringe accented sweater over a fun retro inspired blouse (great price) and flares. I’ve worn it alone here. Here’s why you need a sleeveless sweater:

  1. Sleeveless sweaters look good alone – seen here
  2. Sleeveless sweaters look great layered over a blouse – seen here and here
  3. Sleeveless sweaters are easy to layer over a dress – regular vest seen here
  4. Sleeveless sweaters are a good way to add interest to your outfit – seen here
  5. Sleeveless sweaters are perfect with you need extra warmth in the fall but not a coat. They also fit under a coat easily during the winter.

Love the sleeveless sweater paired with the burgundy blouse and the tassel earrings are so fun! The perfect addition to this look. I was close to buying a sleeveless sweeter the other day and now actually wish I had after seeing you style it!

I am in love with this outfit, that blouse is such a pretty fall shade and sleeveless sweater just goes perfectly with it.

I love this. I hadn’t realized all the great looks you had done with this sleeveless sweater. Your fringe sweater is almost identical to my ivory one from Zara. I will definitely try this look. I also read the article on YouLookFab and loved it. They had chosen some of your best looks especially the black jumpsuit which is stunning. Lastly I am very much looking forward to seeing your bedroom update as you know.

    Have a great night.

I love the title for this post!! I totally think I need a sleeveless sweater, but I haven’t found “the” one just yet.

You look awesome as always and I really love the flared jeans, too. Your legs look so long! This short girl has serious leg envy (if that’s even a thing).
