Asymmetrical

April 17, 2015

First, I want to say that the blog revamp should be live on Monday barring any hiccups (fingers crossed)! Woo hoo! Special thanks to Kersten and Carlos from Speakeasy Market Strategies for making it all happen because we all know I couldn’t have. When you are directed to Straight A Style, don’t be alarmed. It’s still me. The web address will be StraightAStyleBlog.com. I hope you will bookmark it.

I love anything basic with a twist. In my eyes this means it will be wearable but still special. I tend to seek out clothes like this. When Znu reached out to me, I picked this asymmetrical hem black dress with white detailing. It’s the LBD taken up a notch. I am still figuring out measurements and conversions for non-American sites, so it is a little shorter than I anticipated (remember I am 5’10”), but overall it’s a great dress for $20! Also, I totally meant to wear my awesome necklace from my Rocksbox and completely forgot. #bloggerfail

Hope you all have a great weekend! It’s my sweet mom’s birthday this weekend. She is literally the most supportive and loving person I know, so I am excited to celebrate her and see my family. She reads this here blog everyday, so HAPPY (almost) BIRTHDAY MOM. Love you!

Dress c/o Znu // Heels: Gianni Bini (so comfy!) // Denim Jacket: Gap (old, similar) // Sunglasses: Forever21
