Workout Wear to Everyday Wear

March 12, 2015

I have been lucky enough to meet some local bloggers through Oklahoma Women Bloggers. Although they aren’t necessarily fashion bloggers, it is so fun to connect with like-minded women. Bloggers always have something to talk about no matter what our individual subjects might be. Cassie blogs over at True Agape, a marriage and family blog. In addition to being a cool and super supportive person, she has some great things to say about creating a truly open and loving marriage. I was really excited when she contacted me about a collaboration. Since having a baby, Cassie stays at home and works full-time as a mother and blogger. She and her husband are incredibly active. In fact, that’s how they met. She works out regularly and needed her workout clothes to transition a little better from a workout into her normal day. She sent me some workout pieces she had. Think staples like black capri pants, black leggings, and a tank, and I built some transitional looks for her. Head over to her blog to see how she put it all into action! Is this something you deal with? I’d love to hear how you make your workouts fit in your everyday life.

Good ideas! πŸ™‚ I see lots of people running around in workout gear here popping out to get groceries and things – makes me feel bad for not actually having any work out clothes, haha! I just wear daggy clothes! πŸ™‚

What great ideas! I love the idea of throwing a cozy sweater and boots on over top of my workout clothes and looking put together! Now I just need to actually work out! πŸ˜‰

I need to be better at this, my workout cloths are so easy to throw on and although fun, they don’t have a real style. Thanks for the inspiration!!

I work out 3 to 4 times a week with a personal trainer otherwise I probably wouldn’t. I need her for the motivation and to have someone who is watching my form and making sure I’m doing the proper exercises to match my fitness goals. I work in out in sweats or leggings and a tank mostly. Nothing fancy, it’s probably the one time of the day that I’m unconcerned about what I’m wearing!
