After seeing this dress on SimplyxClassic, I knew I had to make it mine. I came in just in time for Memorial Day weekend, making me realize it is the perfect Memorial Day dress. It would also be great for the 4th of July. I love the ruffle collar and stripes. Plus the v-back is a great detail. Russ’s parents are coming to visit this weekend, and I am planning to wear this little number out to dinner with my favorite wedges. Both the wedges and the dress are under $75!
