Embroidered Tunic

October 21, 2016

Embroidery is a big trend for fall. Denim, bomber jackets, tops – you name it. This embroidered tunic sold me with the pretty floral design and flouncy hem. When I got it, I knew it would pair well with my faux leather leggings.ย I am 5’10” and have a baby bump, so this could be more of a dress on others. Either way, it looks cute with leather leggings! I’ve found several tunics lately that are really great pieces and work so well during pregnancy or otherwise. I’ll link my favorites below for you.

Speaking of these leggings, I have been on a major kick lately!ย I bought this exact pair from from Forever21 last year for like $12 and have worn them so much (seen previously on the blog here, here, and hereย – told you I wore them a lot!). They are just so comfy yet also make me feel a like I haven’t completely lost my edge. Forever21 has a current version here. I am also considering order the Spanx version. I’ve heard great things!

Keeping an all black theme, I added these Sole Society booties. This girl was so happy to find an affordable pair with a moderate heel. I’ve been wearing more flats than ever, but I still love a heel. This one inch block heel still manages to be comfy but not totally flat. I want the other colors! Sole Society really has the best boot selection for the best prices. I’ll link some favorites below.

Hope you all have a great weekend. It’s the 4th annual Meatfest at our house. What’s that you ask? Good question. Three of our good guy friends bring their smokers/grills over on Saturday morning. Together with Russ, they make every meat/vegetable/side you can think to smoke or grill. Later, all our friends join for dinner. It’s just so much fun and something we all look forward to every year. It feels like our fall ritual.
